We only information data that is necessary to allow us to provide you with the ability to transact with us. This data is stored only for a small  length of time which allows us to provide our service to you (e.g return), and our legal duty to the relevant authorities (e.g. hm revenue)

All card details are taken at the checkout on the website, which are highly encrypted before leaving your computer, and are never stored by Sonica led limited. These are encryptly passed to our secure payments provider to allow them to take the necessary payment for goods ordered. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent.  

How we use your data

The data you provide is used to allow us to fulfil our contract with you as a customer. E.g. delivery of goods, processing of returns, product recalls etc.

The data collected is also used to help us fight fraud.

We may also use your purchase history to provide you relevant information on offers and such as.

Clicking the unsubscribe link normally takes immediate effect, however please allow up to 7 days during which time you may continue to receive emails from us.

In order to provide the best possible service we can, all telephone calls are recorded, emails and live chat conversations are stored.

Sonica LED Limited take security seriously. Our websites all use encryption to provide you with a secure shopping experience.  All web pages will be delivered using https (you can see this by the presence of the green padlock in your browser address bar).

To keep you safe, we also have accreditation from the Payment Card Industry (PCI).  This also involves regular security scans of our systems, to ensure that they always meet the high standards required.

Our checkout also uses Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCard technologies to provide an additional layer of security.
